How it works
Three simple steps
Call or text
Say what's going on in your own words. You don't need to know what anything is called. "It makes a noise and then stops" is a perfectly good description.
Help comes to you
Your kitchen table or your shop counter, at a time that suits you. Nothing to unplug, nothing to carry out to the car, nowhere to drive.
Everything explained
What was wrong, what was done, and how to spot it next time, gone over as many times as you like, and you're welcome to call if anything acts up again.
Two kinds of help
Help at home. Support for business.
At home, that's the computer, Wi-Fi and printer sorted out at the kitchen table. For a small business, it's the same unhurried help at the shop counter or office desk, plus websites, apps and automation when they're needed.
For your home
Fixed at the kitchen table
Computers, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, tablets, smart TVs and more: fixed, set up, secured, or explained in words that make sense and at your pace.
From the printer that won't print to a brand-new tablet, a suspicious text or a lesson on video calls: all of it handled at home.
Most home visits fall between $64.99 and $159.99. You'll get an estimate before the visit, and extra work only starts once you've agreed.
For your business
IT help at your counter or office desk
Computers, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, printers, devices, security basics, email and the day-to-day problems that stop a workday.
A one-time fix, or a bigger project like a website, app or automation, from someone who understands how a small business actually runs.
The first hour on-site is $99.99. If a website, app or automation follows, the visit fee is credited in full toward it.
The difference
What you can count on from every visit
Nothing to unplug, nowhere to drive
Help comes to your house or your shop. No carrying a tower out to the car, no dropping it off at a counter and waiting three days.
Explained so it makes sense
Fixing the computer is the easy part. Making sure you understand what happened is the job.
You'll get an estimate before the visit
Call or text and describe the problem in your own words. If something else turns up, the work stops and you decide first.

Common questions
How much will it cost?
Most home visits fall between $64.99 and $159.99. Call or text and describe the problem, and you'll get an estimate before anything is booked. If something else turns up, extra work only starts once you've agreed.
Do I have to bring my computer in?
No. Help comes to you. That's the whole idea: no unplugging a tower, no carrying it to the car, no leaving it at a counter for three days.
Can I just ask a quick question?
Often, yes. Call or text and describe it. A quick one gets a quick answer. If it needs hands on the device, you'll get an estimate for a visit or a remote session.
Is it safe to let you see my computer?
Fixing a computer means being signed in to it, so the protection is in what gets done, not what can be seen: nothing copied onto other equipment, none of your files kept afterwards (only a short job note of what was done), nothing outside the job opened. The privacy page explains it all.
Do you work with businesses too?
Yes. A free 15-minute phone call or video meeting comes first, to talk through what's needed. First hour: $99.99, covering diagnosis and a fix where one's possible in that time. After the first hour, $99.99/hour in 30-minute blocks, with a check-in before anything goes past the first hour. If a website, app or automation follows, the visit fee is credited in full toward it. The business page has the detail.
How soon can you come?
Visits are by appointment, any day of the week. Call or text to book a time. You'll get a realistic idea of timing right away.
Let's get it sorted
Call or text and describe what's going on. You don't need the right words.
